Reconstitution Calculator

Research Tool

Reconstitution calculator.

Converts vial content and diluent volume into a working concentration, and a target reference amount into a measurable volume. Provided for calculation consistency in a research setting — not as usage instructions.

Concentration
Concentration (mcg/mL)
Volume to withdraw
On a 100-unit graduated syringe
Reference amounts per vial
Compound Vial Diluent Concentration
BPC-157 5 mg 2 mL 2.5 mg/mL
TB-500 5 mg 1 mL 5 mg/mL
Ipamorelin 5 mg 2 mL 2.5 mg/mL
Semax 10 mg 2 mL 5 mg/mL
KPV 10 mg 2 mL 5 mg/mL
MOTS-c 10 mg 1 mL 10 mg/mL
Retatrutide 20 mg 2 mL 10 mg/mL
GHK-Cu 100 mg 2 mL 50 mg/mL
NAD+ 500 mg 5 mL 100 mg/mL

Sanity checks: doubling the diluent volume halves the concentration; doubling the target reference amount doubles the withdrawal volume. 1 mg = 1000 mcg. A 1.0 mL graduated syringe is marked in 100 units, so 1 unit = 0.01 mL.

This calculator is provided for arithmetic consistency in a research context only.
