Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our nearest regional fulfilment hub. Compounds ship lyophilised and temperature-controlled. All sales are final and non-refundable — please read this policy together with our Refund Policy.

1. Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed on business days once payment has cleared in full. Dispatch and delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delay in dispatch or delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order or to a refund or credit.

2. Address accuracy

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not liable for, and do not refund, replace or credit, any order delivered to, delayed by or lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you. Address changes can only be attempted before dispatch and are not guaranteed.

3. Risk and title

Risk of loss and title in the products pass to you on dispatch to the carrier. Once handed to the carrier, the products are transported at your risk.

4. Non-delivery claims

If a parcel has not arrived, report it to info@ganderpeptides.com within 21 days of dispatch (South Africa) or 45 days of dispatch (international) so that a carrier investigation can be opened. Claims outside these windows cannot be lodged with the carrier and will not be accepted. Where a carrier confirms loss in transit, we may at our sole discretion reship the order once. No cash refund is issued.

5. Tracking marked as delivered

Where carrier tracking records a parcel as delivered to the address supplied, the order is considered fulfilled and no replacement, credit or refund is due.

6. International orders, customs and duties

You are the importer of record. It is your responsibility to confirm that importation of research peptides is lawful in your country or region and to pay all duties, taxes and clearance charges. We accept no liability and give no refund, credit or replacement for products seized, detained, returned or destroyed by customs or any other authority, or for parcels refused or left unclaimed.

7. Undeliverable and returned parcels

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, refused or unclaimed are not refunded. Re-delivery may be arranged at your cost, subject to the returned material still being within its verified cold chain; where it is not, the material is destroyed and no credit is due.
