Welcome to https://ganderpeptides.com (the "Website"). This Website is operated by GANDER PEPTIDES, a research peptide supplier based in South Africa. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website.
1. Use of the Website
1.1. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.2. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website.
1.3. All products sold by GANDER PEPTIDES are intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or any other purpose. By purchasing from this Website, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or professional acquiring these compounds for legitimate scientific research purposes.
2. Products and Orders
2.1. All products displayed on this Website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
2.2. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) in RSA and are subject to change without notice.
2.3. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by GANDER PEPTIDES.
2.4. GANDER PEPTIDES reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to orders from individuals who we reasonably believe intend to use products for purposes other than legitimate scientific research.
2.5. Products are sold with no implied fitness for any particular purpose beyond their stated research application. GANDER PEPTIDES makes no claims regarding the efficacy, safety, or suitability of any product for human or veterinary use.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for products must be made using the payment methods provided on the Website.
3.2. All payments must be received in full before products are dispatched.
3.3. By completing payment, you acknowledge and confirm that you are purchasing these products for research purposes only, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3.4. By completing payment you further acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Cancellation Policy, and that all sales are final and non-refundable in accordance with Section 5 below.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. GANDER PEPTIDES will deliver products to the delivery address provided by you at the time of order.
4.2. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GANDER PEPTIDES will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products.
4.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch. GANDER PEPTIDES is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit once handed to the carrier.
4.4. It is your responsibility to ensure that importation of research peptides is lawful in your country or region. GANDER PEPTIDES accepts no liability for any products seized, held, or destroyed by customs authorities.
5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. All sales are final. GANDER PEPTIDES does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, and does not issue refunds, once an order has been placed and payment has been received. By completing checkout you expressly acknowledge and accept this Section 5 and our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5.2. Our products are sterile, temperature-sensitive, single-batch research materials. Once a vial leaves our facility we can no longer verify its storage conditions, temperature history or chain of custody, and returned material cannot be re-tested, re-certified or re-sold. No product may therefore be returned, exchanged or credited for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong compound, vial size or quantity, dissatisfaction with research outcomes, or a change in your research requirements.
5.3. Research peptides are perishable, temperature-controlled goods supplied for in-vitro laboratory use and fall within the exclusions to the cooling-off right in section 42(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. No cooling-off or change-of-mind cancellation right applies to any order placed on this Website.
5.4. An order may only be amended or cancelled if you notify us at info@ganderpeptides.com before it has been dispatched, and any such amendment is at our sole discretion. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
5.5. If we ship an incorrect item, or a vial arrives visibly damaged or with a compromised seal, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, vial and batch label. Verified claims are resolved at our sole discretion by replacement or store credit. No cash refund is issued in any circumstance.
5.6. Risk in the products passes to you on dispatch. GANDER PEPTIDES is not liable for and does not refund products lost, delayed or damaged in transit, or seized, detained, returned or destroyed by customs or any other authority. Non-delivery must be reported within 21 days of dispatch (South Africa) or 45 days of dispatch (international) so that a carrier investigation can be opened; where loss in transit is confirmed by the carrier we may, at our sole discretion, reship the order once.
5.7. Subscription charges already processed, and all pre-order payments and deposits, are final and non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future deliveries and future charges only.
5.8. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms. We contest all disputes with full order, dispatch and delivery evidence and reserve the right to refuse future orders and close the account of any purchaser who does so.
5.9. Nothing in this Section 5 limits or excludes any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law which cannot lawfully be excluded, including the right to receive goods that are free of defects. Where such a right applies it operates independently of these Terms, and our obligation is limited, at our election, to repair, replacement or refund only to the extent that law requires.
6. Research Use Disclaimer
6.1. All products sold by GANDER PEPTIDES are for research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not approved by any regulatory authority (including SAHPRA, the FDA, or the EMA) for therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative use.
6.2. GANDER PEPTIDES does not make any medical claims regarding any of its products. Nothing on this Website should be construed as medical advice.
6.3. Any use of our products outside of legitimate scientific research is done at the sole risk of the purchaser. GANDER PEPTIDES accepts no liability for misuse of its products.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GANDER PEPTIDES or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this Website without the express written permission of GANDER PEPTIDES.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GANDER PEPTIDES will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the products purchased through the Website.
8.2. GANDER PEPTIDES' total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant products.

9.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GANDER PEPTIDES, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of any products purchased through the Website.
10. Privacy and POPIA Compliance
10.1. Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.2. GANDER PEPTIDES processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you, and we will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or comply with a legal obligation.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. GANDER PEPTIDES reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
