Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. This policy explains how subscriptions and pre-orders may be stopped going forward. It does not create any right to a refund. Please read it together with our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

Some products are offered on a subscription basis, giving you repeat deliveries at the frequency you select. Your payment method is stored securely and charged for each delivery. Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the management link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing info@ganderpeptides.com. Cancellation stops future deliveries and future charges only. Any payment already processed, and any order already placed or dispatched, is final and will not be refunded, credited or reversed. Cancellations must be received before the next renewal date to prevent that renewal being charged.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is a purchase of stock that is not yet in inventory. We may take no payment, a deposit, or full payment at checkout, and charge any balance when the product is fulfilled. Pre-order payments and deposits are non-refundable and pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Where a pre-ordered product cannot be supplied at all, we will issue store credit of equivalent value.

Orders not yet dispatched

An amendment to an order that has not yet been dispatched may be requested at info@ganderpeptides.com and is granted entirely at our discretion. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
